  Ensure the product is in its original condition; for hygiene reasons, mattresses must be used with a protector and be free of any stains or damage.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the bed or mattress directly from your home, free of charge for most mainland locations.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
